I have received an email from NWBC saying:-
"We are still waiting to hear from
the applicant as he has now requested time to re-consider his whole proposal. I
understand how frustrating this is but we do normally allow an applicant time to
consider the principle of his application.
"We will let you know what happens,
but I’m not expecting any news soon."
So, no definite news for the new year, but I'll post again if I hear anything.
